ThyssenKrupp Real Estate places orders in the field of construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, refurbishment and modernization of private houses/aparments, office buildings and other commercially used properties, architectural performances, surveying, planning, infrastructural or other expert services (gardening, security, site vacation, etc.)

Orders are placed unter limited submission, excluding the stipulations of VOB/A. We will only invite companies to bid who have passed a prequalification proving that they fulfil the quality demand of ThyssenKrupp Real Estate.

How you can become our service partner:

If you are interested in a cooperation with us, please send us a written application with full postal and eMail address, phone & Fax number and describe the performance/services you would like to offer.

In addition we would appreciate to get information on:

1. Sales figures and number of employees for the past 3 business years
2. Reference projects of the past 3 years, listing scope of services, invoiced sums as well as addresses of clients/contractors
3. Qualification of your employees
4. Restrictions to certain areas/fields, if any
5. Deed of indemnity according to para. 48b German Income Tax Act
6. Qualification certificates, special professional diploma etc., if any
